Consulting services covered by this PVL are defined as “advice or assistance of a purely advisory nature provided for a predetermined fee to an agency by an outside individual firm, or organization under contract to that agency.”
For Commonwealth of Virginia Executive Branch Agencies, Consulting Services related to Information Technology and/or Telecommunications or related services provided by the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) are NOT covered by this PVL.
The 2015-2017 PVL will in effect for the period August 1, 2015 through July 31, 2017.
